Covid-19 Secure

I adhere to the current government guidance relating to Covid-19 in my practice.

 I also adhere to my governing body's guidance, the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) to be 'Covid-19 Secure', which means I have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and have extensive cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures in place in accordance with current guidelines and I do everything practical to manage any transmission risk.

All communal areas of the building are cleaned thoroughly and high frequency contact areas will  be disinfected regularly throughout the day. Other commonly touched objects and surfaces outside the treatment room (e.g. telephones, keyboards, door handles, desks and counter tops) are regularly cleaned.

Any surface or piece of reusable equipment that has come into contact with a patient, will be cleaned and disinfected at the end of each treatment session.

Appointments will be spaced accordingly so that there is sufficient time between patients for adequate cleaning.

No water or hot drinks can be provided for the time being, so please provide your own refreshments.
